在上海注册外商独资企业阁下需要提供的材料


1、Authentication of the certificate Incorporation (CI ) proved by China embassy (Two original)
外国（地区）企业开业证明当地公证机关公证后通过大使馆认证原件两份。

2、One copy of identification card (or passport) of the legal representative person &
supervisor of the junior enterprise.
董事、监事的身份证或护照复印件。

3、The bank financial credit certificate of investors.
公司开户银行的资信证明原件。

4、 Office Lease Agreement which should be in its original contract
房产证复印件两份，复印件加盖房屋业主公章

5、 Legal representative person& directors ‘s resume (include address, telephone etc.)
法人代表简历及董事简历包括电话、住址等。

6、Two legal representative person's photos (size 2 inch)
法人代表一寸或两寸彩色照片两张。

7、Business scope
经营范围。

8、lease agreement In Shanghai Office & certificate of house property copy (Three original)
上海办公室租赁合同原件三份。

* Lease agreement must be put on records in real estate Bureau
租赁协议需到房地产交易中心备案。
